If you’re a travel agent or tour operator looking to organize a trip to Tuscany (or include Tuscany in your itinerary) without losing your mind with suppliers, quotes, and logistics, I’m here to help.
My service offers a complete travel design, from the moment your clients land until they return home.
How it works: You’ll give me your budget, and I’ll develop a tailor-made plan that fits within the set parameters, selecting hotels, restaurants, activities, experiences, and transportation (or any other specific requests). Based on this, I’ll prepare a preliminary quote, based on supplier costs and my experience, all organized in a shared Google Sheet. Here, you’ll find a detailed budget, expected expenses, and space for comments, adjustments, and questions.
My fee is simple: for each day planned and approved, I will receive 15% (VAT included) of the estimated value of that day. Once the package is sold, my work is done from a financial standpoint: the client is free to resell it as many times as they want, with no additional cost to me. I have no further obligations, and neither does the client towards me. The fee is only tied to the first sales quote, with no recurring costs or future commissions.
The €250 amount you see in the product refers to the deposit for the initial consultation via Zoom or Google Meet and the creation of the first idea, including a rough analysis of the costs and necessary services, along with their feasibility within your budget. The total amount will be agreed upon after analyzing the work and will be paid in fixed installments.
I will handle the phone calls, find the right suppliers, put them in touch with you, and, when possible, make the bookings on your behalf. What I don’t do? Manage payments, which remain the responsibility of the final customer. Also, any price increases from suppliers are not my responsibility—my quote is based on the information available at the time of planning.
